Upside Down Expeditions LLC is a Washington State registered Seller of Travel and arranges travel services including, but not limited to:

• Airline reservations

• Hotel and resort accommodations

• Vacation rentals and villas

• Cruises

• Ground transportation

• Excursions and activities

• Travel protection and insurance products

• Vacation packages and hosted experiences

Agency Relationship

Upside Down Expeditions LLC does not own, operate, or control any third-party suppliers. All transportation, accommodations, tours, cruises, and related services are provided by independent entities over which UDE has no direct control.

By utilizing our services, travelers acknowledge that UDE acts only as an agent for these suppliers and assumes no responsibility for the acts, omissions, or performance of any supplier.

Supplier Responsibility

Travel suppliers are responsible for providing the services purchased. Upside Down Expeditions LLC is not responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Schedule changes

• Supplier bankruptcy or insolvency

• Mechanical failures

• Lost baggage

• Overbookings

• Changes in itineraries

• Service interruptions

• Hotel or accommodation conditions

• Cruise itinerary modifications

• Excursion cancellations

• Transportation delays

• Weather-related disruptions

• Labor disputes

• Government actions

• Acts of terrorism

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

• Any other circumstances beyond our control

Suppliers maintain their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies, which apply to all reservations.

Limitation of Liability

Upside Down Expeditions LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, expense, emotional distress, disappointment, or irregularity caused by:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;

• Mechanical breakdowns or transportation delays;

• Weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events;

• Theft, loss, or damage to luggage or personal property;

• Acts of government authorities;

• Strikes or labor disputes;

• Changes made by suppliers after booking;

• Illness, injury, or death;

• Failure of travelers to obtain proper documentation or comply with entry requirements;

• Acts or omissions of other travelers or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upside Down Expeditions LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions or fees actually earned by Upside Down Expeditions LLC in connection with the affected booking.

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:

• Valid passports

• Visas

• Vaccination documentation

• Government-issued identification

• Health certificates

• Entry permits and required travel documentation

Requirements may change without notice, and travelers are encouraged to verify requirements with appropriate government authorities.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because travel involves unforeseen circumstances, Upside Down Expeditions LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance may help protect against:

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Emergency evacuation

• Lost or delayed baggage

• Travel delays

• Supplier default (when covered)

Declining travel insurance constitutes acknowledgment that the traveler assumes responsibility for losses that may otherwise be covered by insurance.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and ticketed.

Quotes are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and suppliers have issued confirmation numbers.

Upside Down Expeditions LLC is not responsible for fare increases, inventory changes, or supplier-imposed modifications occurring after quotes are provided.

Hosted Experiences

For hosted experiences arranged by Upside Down Expeditions LLC, participation by hosts or group leaders is intended to enhance the guest experience and does not create responsibility for acts, omissions, injuries, or losses occurring during travel.

Guests remain individually responsible for their conduct, belongings, and personal safety.

Force Majeure

Upside Down Expeditions LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Hurricanes

• Flooding

• Wildfires

• Pandemics

• Civil unrest

• War

• Government restrictions

• Utility outages

• Airline disruptions

• Supplier insolvency

• Acts of God

No refunds or compensation shall be owed for events arising from force majeure circumstances except as provided by the applicable supplier.

Seller of Travel Registration

Upside Down Expeditions LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Washington.

Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval or endorsement by the State of Washington and does not imply that the State has verified the qualifications, reliability, or financial condition of Upside Down Expeditions LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting quotations, making reservations, submitting payment, or participating in travel arranged through Upside Down Expeditions LLC, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Errors & Omissions and Seller of Travel disclosures.
