Upside Down Expeditions LLC is a Washington State registered Seller of Travel and lifestyle hospitality company specializing in hosted group experiences, festival home bases, Pride travel, cruises, and curated getaways designed around connection, community, and curiosity.

• Do I have to know someone to join an experience?

Not at all. Many of our guests join solo, while others travel with partners or friends. Our experiences are designed to create comfortable spaces where guests can connect naturally.

• Are solo travelers welcome?

Absolutely. Some of our favorite groups begin with strangers and end with lifelong friends.

• Are flights included?

Flights are not included unless specifically stated. However, we can assist with flights and other travel arrangements upon request.

• Do you offer cruises and vacation packages?

Yes. We can assist with cruises, resorts, accommodations, excursions, transportation, and customized vacations through our trusted travel partners.

• Are event tickets included?

Unless otherwise noted, festival and event admission tickets are separate from accommodations and hosted experiences.

• Can I make payments?

In many cases, yes. Payment plans and financing options may be available depending on the experience and payment provider.

• Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes. We strongly encourage all travelers to protect their investment with travel insurance. Unexpected events happen, and travel protection can provide valuable peace of mind.

• How are rooms assigned?

Room assignments are based on the accommodations selected at booking and are subject to availability. Shared experiences may involve common areas and shared sleeping arrangements, while private rooms are limited.

• Can couples stay together?

Of course. Couples are welcome and room requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

• What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation policies vary by experience and supplier. Details will be provided during the booking process. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
